EPA Mandatory Reporting of GHG Rule

Not sure if your organization has to report emission to EPA?
Take this sef-assessment to find out.

Under the EPA Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gases Rule (40 CFR 98), most organizations have to report at the facility level. Only certain suppliers of fossil fuels and industrial greenhouse gases, along with vehicle and engine manufacturers, will report at the corporate level.

That means you may have to report for one location—or many locations across the country—within your organization. This self-assessment will help you determine if one or more of your facilities is covered by the EPA rule. Take this three-minute self-assessment quiz to find out if your facility needs to report.

Ready for the next step? CSA Standards can also help you:

  • Collect and report mandatory GHG data
  • Train your team to become ‘Reporting Self-Sufficient’
  • Benefit from industry-leading support throughout the process
